Do you often find yourself immersed in an infinite number of tasks, commitments and emails?
How often do you feel that you have too many tasks to handle, and you're wondering which one is the least important?
How many times have you felt frustrated with a task which seemed simply impossible to complete, let alone begin?
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you had a manager who would look out for you the way you look out for your own employees?
Let's stop for a moment and try to understand,
What is the goal of all managers?
Every manager wants to succeed.
All of us want our employees do amazing work and we want our teams to have the most challenging tasks. At the end of the day, after hard work, we want to feel a sense of accomplishment.
So what is key to our success as managers?
The key lies in our ability to innovate and not only react.
A manager’s true success lies in his or her ability to become leaders who impact the surroundings, rather than simply following the tide.
Think about it for a minute, if we all just try to do our jobs as we are expected to, we will all end up being and doing exactly the same.
What is the only thing that makes us unique? Meaningful? Leaders?
The best and only differentiator each of us has is who we are. There is only one of you in the world. The only way you'll have a personalized stamp as a manager is to bring your true self to work.
As managers, we often try to be perfect people managers, and perfect performers in our work environments.
But let’s be honest, we are not perfect.
Nobody is perfect.
What makes managers stand out is their own unique true self, especially when they show who they really are. Each of us is amazing at something.
What is it that you love most?
What are you passionate about?
What are you curious about?
So what's your thing? Where do you succeed most? Who are you?
How much of your true self do you actually bring into your role as a manager today?
When working with managers based on the NYE methodology, we discover together who you are as a manager and how to succeed using your own best traits.
When we enter a new area, what should we get to know first?
The rules of the game? The other players? Or maybe ourselves?
Based on the NYE methodology, when you take a look at your own realm, you will want to get to know yourself first and foremost, before learning the rules of the game, and before getting to know the other players.
Why?
When we get to know ourselves better, we can make the game our own & WIN it.
When you are just “playing the game” without bringing your true self to the game, you can succeed, or even be a great player, but you will never actually be part of the game.
As managers, we don’t really need to learn how to “be managers”,
we want to learn how to “be ourselves as managers”
If you want to discover your true unique self as manager and not just do the job…
If you want to know that who you are matters and not just what you do…
You are welcome to experience the NYE methodology for managers.
After 12 years as a senior manager in the hi-tech industry, I know how the game works.
I invite you to join me to discover a better and simpler way to succeed by putting your true self into play.
